Sonnensimulationen mit Globalstrahlung

Sonnensimulationen werden für die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungsbereiche eingesetzt, z.B. für die KFZ-Branche, Alterungstests, Materialprüfung oder zum Test von Photovoltaikmodulen.

Sonnensimulationskammer: Globalstrahlung, Temperatur und Feuchte

Unsere Geräte sind hochmoderne Prüfeinheiten zur Simulation von Indoor- und Outdoor-Bedingungen. Einflussparameter wie Globalstrahlung, Temperatur und Feuchte lassen sich in frei konfigurierbaren Prüfabläufen individuell programmieren. Die Nutzraumkonzeption der Geräte bietet eine wirtschaftliche Alternative zu großen Solarsimulationsanlagen.
Unsere Geräte mit bis zu 1000 Litern Prüfraum ist in Kombination mit der Bestrahlungseinheit (Metallhalogenid-Strahler und Outdoor-Filter) eine vollwertige Klimakammer.

Sonnenlichtsimulation und UV-Belastung - Prüfsysteme für Photovoltaik-Module

PV-Module sollen zuverlässig arbeiten, und das bei ständig wechselnden Witterungsbedingungen. Um die Qualität der Module zu gewährleisten sind daher Tests unter Extrembedingungen unbedingt notwendig.                   
Dazu gehören auch verschiedene Qualitätstests zur künstlichen Beanspruchung der Materialien von PV-Modulen, die in den Richtlinien IEC 61215 bzw. IEC 61646 geregelt sind.

Unsere Geräteausstattung erlaub eine Vielzahl genormter Versuche.
